SHIPPING POLICY
We offer PAN INDIA FREE SHIPPING (subject to change without prior notice). The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.
- The delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
- Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
CASH ON DELIVERY
- Cash On Delivery option is not an option and payment is necessary while placing the order.
- Only Prepaid orders will be fulfilled.
DELIVERY REACH & DELAY
- All orders are catered by safe and reliable courier companies like BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc. Even though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound by their reach and coverage. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to make your products reach you.
- We are dependent on our courier partners for delivering the product. Any delays due to courier partner network issues etc are out of our control. We will raise the ticket for the same to help speed up the resolution but will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.
WRONG ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER
- A request to change/modify an address or number will only be accepted before an order has been shipped.
- Changes to an address or contact for packages that are already dispatched are not possible.
- We will not be responsible for delivering an order if an incorrect, incomplete address or contact number has been added while placing an order. If a package is returned by our courier partner to us due to this reason, an additional charge will be applicable for re-dispatching the order against the correct address/phone number provided by you upon further communication.
MISSING PACKAGES & DELIVERY DISPUTES
- If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact our Customer WhatsApp Helpline or via email within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. We will raise a delivery dispute with our logistics partner.
- Requests received for delivery disputes after 48 hours will NOT be accepted as we are dependent on the logistics partner’s terms and conditions for the same.
- A ticket will be issued with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in the loop with the same.
- We will do our best to find a resolution but will not be held responsible monetarily for lost or stolen packages.
- No replacements or refunds will be issued in case of denied disputes.
